Batman Arkham: Joker's Daughter by Bob Rozakis, Ann Nocenti, Geoff Johns

2.0

this is a very weird showcase the titular character is barely there in like half the stories.

It also puts me in the unusual position of liking the silver age stories best because at least they had characterization? And yeah it's pretty basic characterization, but that's still better than the rest.

The first 90s story was just weird and pointless action panels, but the second had a certain amount of charm despite being weird. But you know- it still leaves too many questions unanswered.

the New 52 storyline is basically just another creepy gotham villain. Which you know, isn't reallyt bad in of itself but the first part of it was some real eyerollworthy shit which i think tried to show The Depths To Which Humans Can Sink To which seems excessive and pointless because the news already does that.
