I truly loved this book so much and it really is such a good tie in with the other books in this series. They can definitely be read as stand alone novels, but you get SO much more back story about the Prickly Island Zoo if you read them in order.

I love both Dove (FMC) and Deacon (MMC) and their aDORKableness story! It was very unique in every way and I even learned something new about the LGBTQIA+ community through reading this book. I love how the author literally represents EVERY single sexuality in all of her series that I have read. She does it in a way to help you understand different sexualities in an easy manner!

I love the Lachlan family and the zoo that they keep treasured to their family. I love the evolution of the zoo as the siblings find their own love and have their own children. I can't wait for the next book in the series!

I loved how the author tied the title into the name of Deacon's movie. I love when a title is tied in so neatly to a book.
