Fate of Storms definitely took me a lot longer to get through than the previous books. Things definitely pick up towards the end as Kara and Maximus try to find their way back to one another. And there's no doubting what they'd do to get back to each other.

This series wasn't what I was hoping for in a fantasy romance, it definitely focuses more on romance, which is fine. But being a mythology lover, I was eager for more on that front.

I thought this was going to be a trilogy, but it looks like there's going to be more books. I'm going to have to shelf this series for now.

If you're new to fantasy romance and don't want something that's heavy on the fantasy, this series will be a great start for you!
