Spiritual Friendship: Finding Love in the Church as a Celibate Gay Christian by Wesley Hill

5.0

Hill reflects on the diminished perceived importance of friendship in modern western culture, its actual historical import, and its invaluable place in the Christian life. He is at times heart-wrenchingly honest and his beautiful prose carries the reader from one insightful, well-supported chapter to another in a style reminiscent of Lewis'. A wonderful read.
