Mary is...something dodgy, we aren't sure what, running away from some sort of dangerous shenanigans. She goes on a diving holiday to a tiny private island to drop out of sight, and starts a holiday fling with a fellow guest, but a storm traps them there and means the intimacy starts getting more than physical. Then shit hits the fan, and I urgently need book 2 now. An intriguing opener.
