giving this a 5 star review makes me want to adjust the other 5 stars i gave out.
this was a fun book and i highly recommend the audio version. the narrator did a great job.
this book reminds me a bit of lolita where it's written to identify / sympathize with the narrator / villian.
lady was a psycho and needed help but it was definitely a fun listen and i went through this very quickly. it wasn't what i expected. r f kuang started off with poppy wars which my hubs read...but that's very different from this modern day book.
well done, well executed, well written. definite recommend. more thrillerish than fiction i'd think ... like if there's a cozy mystery category is might be a cozy thriller? LOL
