I really enjoyed this historic novel! I love anything (mostly) to do with English royalty, and throw in witches and witch hunts with a side of treason? You've got my attention! The characters were entertaining, and kept my attention. The imagery was beautiful! Susan Carroll wrote a page turning novel and I look forward to adding more of her books to my shelves.
