It offers a good look at the inevitable of change within life--in your career and personal--and the significance of learning to adapt. However, it's superficial and only perhaps applicable to business decisions. It does not go into the ethics of change--what becomes worth fighting against, especially in this modern world where politicians are pushing for an anti-progressive agenda? There's a healthy way to receive and adapt to change, but just because change happens does not mean you should be passively changing to fit to the status quo, which is what the narrative seems to imply.
