4.5

Definitely way better than The Empty City. We get to know a few new characters like Moon, Fiery, Omega, Alpha, etc.
We also get to see Sweet again, who is now (somehow?) the Beta of the Wild Pack.
Alfie’s death did not really hit me that hard, since we only knew him for about one book. Its almost like the writer really tried hard to make his death sad.
While I do hate Omega with a passion, the way he forces Lucky to help him rank up was very well-written, and at the end where
Bella fights with the foxes against the Wild Pack, betrays him after the battle.
I liked Bella, but her whole idea with the foxes was stupid of her and she should have known better,
because they’ve betrayed her mid-battle.

Overall I really enjoyed it and it did a lot better than the previous book.
