Will & Patrick's Happy Ending by Alice Griffiths, Leta Blake

4.0

Oh we got there. It wasn't easy and it wasn't PG but we got there. Will and Patrick's Happy Ending is exactly what this series needed to feel complete. After the mafia business in the last one this time it is the feelings they have to confront. Will struggles with what his feelings for Patrick really mean and Patrick struggles with understanding that. So they take a break that last all of six days so Will can get his head straight. And he chases him to Dinah's which was great. Also Dinah brilliant, we didn't see her for long but she was great.
Mostly this series is compelling because of Will and Patrick. They both have natural character arcs and interactions. Though the explicit nature is sometimes unnecessary it is used effectively to piece together how the feelings have grown. While I think there could be less R rated ways to do it, it functioned. I believed they were in love by the end of it and the vow renewal was perfect.
