What a great concept for a 50th Anniversary Trek story. A tale of vengeful Klingons that originates in the time of The Original Series, and sees it’s climax in The Next Generation era. Two Enterprises, Kirk, Spock, Kruge, a fleet of advanced Birds of Prey, the crews of Picard and admiral Riker... lots to love with this novel. Best part is it’s only part one!
