I have read this author before, but I had not read any book in this series. Since I’m not new to this author, I was pretty sure that wouldn’t be a problem. I was completely right. It didn’t take me long at all to be completely invested in the story and enjoying myself immensely. Mason and company were so fun, and there was so much action, I just loved this from beginning to end. Even with this being a novella, I felt like this was a complete book. I am going to go back and read the others in the series. If you need a something to make your day brighter, give this a try. Highly recommend.
