This was an enjoyable read, but did not live up to the standard of some of the others in this series. This was a very long read and had so many characters that we constantly flipped between in each chapter. This led to areas feeling disjointed and dragged the pacing of this book.
This is such a massive world and the cosmere has alot of moving pieces. This book threw alot of those pieces here which felt like we were losing the story of was happening in Roshar. I wanted a more satisfying conclusion similar to Mistborn Era 1, but this answered many things while leaving so many more questions for the second half of this series.
Will always have a fond spot in my heart for the Stormlight archive, but we must admit a book only covering 10 days being 1300 pages is a bit crazy.
