Being a EAP fan, I was looking forward to this sequel to the Murders in the Rue Morgue, especially since it was based on true crime/real life murder. However, the POV from the main character wasn't a back and forth conversation like the first novel. Overall it was disappointing and a bit too tangentey for me.
