Look Again by Lisa Scottoline

5.0

Look Again is a real page turner and an emotional rollercoaster. It’s like a drama, mystery, and romance all rolled into one great book.

A small white postcard arrives in the mail and turns Ellen Gleeson’s world upside down. It pictures a young boy who looks startlingly like her three year old adopted son, Will, and states that the child was kidnapped several years ago from a Florida couple. A million dollar reward is offered for any information leading to his return. Ellen, a single mother and reporter remembers when she first met Will, a baby at the time, in the hospital recovering from heart surgery. She was told that his birth mother had abandoned him and he had tugged at her heartstrings. As a result she had followed the proper protocol with guidance from her lawyer and brought him home to be hers. Now she began to question if her Will could possibly be this missing child. Using her investigative skills, she begins to unearth details surrounding Will’s adoption that were unknown to her at the time, and fuel her search for further answers.
