Amphibian Habitat Management Handbook by John Baker

4.0

This is a very thorough text to the point that it holds your hand through the process of amphibian habitat management and creation.
It is well referenced and extremely clear and concise in the way it is written. As with many other handbooks designed to explain practical aspects of ecology the text is no substitute for actual experience. Nevertheless this is a must read. I was particularly fond of the natterjack section and shall endeavour to read more about this species.
