A nice ending to the series. I wished we could have seen more of the amulets increasing the powers of the mermaids, but the conclusion was unexpected and interesting.

I knew that Astrid had a coin stuck in her throat. Every time they mentioned the coins in the cakes that she never found who got the coin, I knew it was in her throat.
