Where to begin? I relate to this story so deeply. My husband and I are high school sweethearts; dating at 16 and marrying each other by 25. I love how Hannah depicts growing together and not knowing life without your partner - but desperately craving to know yourself.

Two spicy scenes but MAN did they hit. Caleb is such a man. Him being desperately in love with his wife warmed my heart. Everything about their relationship was so REAL. Sarah’s self growth spoke to my soul. I loved her being willing to acknowledge an issue in her relationship and putting in the work and coming back stronger than ever.

I LOVED reading about a mature love between a married couple and the challenges they face after the “happily ever after” of most books. This one holds a special place in my heart forever.
