Another fantastic novel about the adventures of Lockwood & Co! The story was engaging, exciting, and intense. Non-stop action and mystery from start to finish!
It was exciting to see Lockwood open up to George and Lucy more about his family and past. I love watching their friendships grow to more personal and trusting levels. We also got the introduction of the newest agent, Holly. I liked the addition of Holly to the team. You really felt the tension there when she joined, of course, especially with Lucy.
That ending at the department store was INSANE. I was stressed reading all that. Especially once Lucy ended up underground and started discovering the Source. The Hollow Boy appearance to her was so creepy and crazy.
Oh those Lucy/Lockwood scenes we got truly were immaculate. I ADORE THEM.
