I am already in love with this series, Elisa and Connor’s relationship really starts to come together. I am sure it won’t be easy with him being in line to be Apex and Elisa being vampire but I think they will work it out.

This was an interesting story Connor invited Elisa to a private Pack event and things kind of when awry but I figured that would happen it’s the way it all went down and how entertaining it was. I just couldn’t put the book down.

Elisa is still battling the “monster” within but I think she realizes yes it feeds on pain but it doesn’t have to be a bad thing. If she and it work together they both can get what they need. I mean its magic was bound to her in the womb there is going to be side effect. I hope though she opens up to her parents about it. It seems like a big shadow still hanging over her that she hasn’t opened up to them about it.

Connor really became a leader to me in this book and I like how he wanted Elisa to be herself all of herself including the “monster” he sees them as one. That acceptance is exactly what she needs too I think.

I hate that I have to wait for book 3!! I can’t freaking wait.
Again the narration was fantastic and Suzanne really does give this book a voice.
