It feels wrong to call this a book--it really is more of a collection of thoughts. It's something that you read a few lines and sit with; not something you listen to while doing the dishes.
As such, don't make the same mistake I did by listening to this as an audiobook. It's tough to dwell on when you're being pushed forward at a constant speed.
