Caitlin takes the reader across the global to examine how humanity processes and holds space for death. With her detailed description of the cultural rituals held surrounding death, I felt more comfortable to talk about my experience with grieving and death. A great read if you want to unpack complicated grief or just grief in general it’s worth it.
