I've set myself to read through the Harvard Classics and this is the last book in volume 2, but I realised after the first couple of chapters that I've now had a belly full of reading ancient wisdom.... This was less trite than Penn, but it wasn't as engaging as Plato or as pithy as Epictetus (sorry, Marcus!) and that's all I really need to know about it?
