Green Arrow, Volume 1: The Death and Life of Oliver Queen by Nate Piekos, Juan Ferreyra, Otto Schmidt, Benjamin Percy

I may be a little biased in that after reading so many Superman books, it was nice to read about a different hero for a change. As a fan of the TV show, it was cool to be introduced to the characters in the comic books. (I had liked Green Arrow as a kid, but I remember only the barest of essentials from that period). In fact, i thought the plot took a back seat behind the characters' interactions, which is something not often encountered in super hero comic books. Though one or two transitions seemed kind of abrupt in my opinion but they were not totally unexpected. I look forward to continuing the series.
