The next steps in Souma's reign are all this book entails. Though it was a bit sluggish in some areas, it was exciting seeing everything Souma was accomplishing. Plus, it was hilarious what Excel did to both Souma and his brides. He accomplished a lot in this book. A new navel ship with a new leader. I love what he did with that. Now, he will have an even fiercer and loyal commander. There were other povs, while I felt they were unnecessary, was a nice change of pace. I have a feeling all those characters will eventually play a part in the coming novels
