Jameson has such a troubled past. He has zero trust in anyone because he’s always been proven otherwise. He now works security for the Gemini Group and meets Kennedy when she comes looking for help (she is childhood friends with the owner).

Kennedy is in fear of threats from land developers who want her land she refuses to sell, but they will stop at nothing. Her life becomes on the line with their schemes and threats. In steps Jameson to become her hero.

I am such a sucker for a former SEAL story. However i hated how the POV switched back and forth depending on the characters POV, even in audio that is just so hard for me to follow along. I did love the narrators though. Joe Arden and Erin Mallon are two narrators i could listen to any story they are apart of.
