This is the fourth and final book in this series and I have been anticipating Gabe's story. Gabe and McKenna have been dancing around each other for a couple books and this is their story. Gabe, like the rest of his friends is a strong, dominant character. He has that protective instinct, especially when it comes to McKenna. I thought they was a great chemistry as a couple. McKenna is a bit different that the other love interest in the first three books. Her background and upbringing was not privileged or easy. She has baggage which causes some problems but I like that the author wrote personal growth for her in the end. She realizes it her time now to have love in her life without the fear of being put in danger. She takes the risk for what she wants and breaks free of her past.
