The last of the Camel Club series (well at least for the time being). I don't know, but I thought this one was a stretch as compared to the previous works. A lot of misdirection. In fact the whole book was one misdirection until the latter parts where we see the true story being played out. Would have been better if somehow the final characters were tied to John Carr's past. A quick and interesting read nonetheless.
