The Drowning by Camilla Läckberg
4.0
We're buddy reading this series with my bestie, who made me discovered the author with the 2 first books in the Faye's Revenge series, and I eat these books up.
I got a bit scared because I was disappointed in the 4th book, but books #5 and #6 were the best in the series so far. It's super well written with dual timelines and multiple POVs, which I love. And I usually find out early major plot twists, but The Drowning kept me guessing the longest so far. The cliffhanger at the end of this book is so chocking I wanted to pick the next book in the series right away, but we're pausing the series to read a spooky read....
So if you love your mystery thrillers with tones of plot twists and cliffhangers, I highly
I'm so excited and looking forward to reading the last books out so far later this year or in 2023.
