Scorching hot sex scenes with fairly well developed characters, however I do wish the synopsis included a content or trigger warning as I am not sure I would have read the book had I known that child sexual abuse would play a large role for our characters’ arcs.

Overall, the book is more erotic romance than romantic erotica, but still worth the read if you are not triggered by sexual abuse OR if you go into the book expecting to be triggered (if that makes sense).

Also? Could not stop thinking about how pie filling as lubricant would likely cause a yeast infection. So there’s that. lol

8/10 would recommend, BUT with content/trigger warnings
