I tapped out on page 12, I can’t take this anymore lol. I don’t care how many times she tucks her unruly copper hair behind her ears or his eyes glitter like minty green peridots I can’t deal with the second hand embarrassment of such poorly written dialogue, descriptors, and characters. I didn’t even know the author is also a fanfiction author before I clocked the fanfiction-esque writing. She wants to call his eyes “sparkling green orbs” (IYKYK) so bad, but she settles for glittering mints.
