Three Holidays and a Wedding by Uzma Jalaluddin, Marissa Stapley

fast-paced

3.75

Listen, can't be mad when something that could easily be a holiday movie turns out to be like watching a holiday movie completed with rapid relationship development, predictability of plot, and eye roll inducing sweetness.

Only notes I had on this was the anachronisms throughout, plot set in 2000 and yet language and even some references from today. Also, the author or editor seemed  to forget at many points that it was established that the town was welcoming and surprisingly diverse with throwaway lines about "uproar" and "stirs".
