The nostalgia was so deep. Felt like I was back in high school with my 14 year old self again listening to Miranda and her mannerisms. Her self-help feeling here hit me hard and I listened to this audiobook at the perfect time I needed it, which is why I’m giving it 5 stars. She talks of how to love yourself and how to accept yourself, not in the way other self help books do which I often roll my eyes at, but the things she was saying about not being good enough, constantly needing to be busy and productive, around rushing around and needing success and achievements to show your worth, really hit me hard. This won’t be one I forget anytime soon and I can imagine I’ll revisit the audiobook again when I next need it to uplift and inspire me to slow down, calm down, find joy and appreciate myself and my values.
