A very cute read, with some surprisingly dark turns, that has been on my list for a while. While initially I was only interested in the Gwen chapters, I did find myself warming up to Arthur throughout the later half of the book.
I was shocked by the twists and turns the plot took so close to the end! While the attempted coup had been building the entire time, it just felt very sudden and kind of squeezed in. Those moments felt a bit rushed, but otherwise I enjoyed the characters and their burgeoning queer relationships.
