I loved reading about Seth and Fliss finally getting their HEA.

They had a whirlwind marriage ten years ago but after a tragedy they split and Fliss did everything she could to avoid Seth. While caring for a grandmother (and trying to escape Seth) she realizes she's inadvertently run straight into his arms again. And those old feelings easily resurface...

There was a lot of focus on Fliss in this book and on her overcoming the issues she's had to deal with all her life because of her emotionally abusive dad. Morgan makes it obvious that love won't heal her but Seth really does help her a lot and is open to understanding her thoughts and feelings.

I really didn't expect the twist of what happened to them ten years ago and god, was it sad, but it was handled really gracefully and Fliss and Seth are now ready for a new chapter in their lives.

I loved the settings with her grandmother and seeing that relationship between her and Floss become better, too.

Another great addition to this series! No misses so far 😉
