Maybe I'm a mit biased as Ireland has a special place in my heart, but nonetheless I really enjoyed this book.
Concerning the topic; it is not an easy read! It deals with a heavy topic (I don't want to spoiler anything) but not in a too detailed way, which makes it easier to read it without being affected by it too much.
I also really enjoyed how the story was built. In the beginning I had a lot of questionmarks in my head but everything got answered eventually. Now that I'm writing this it sounds like every other book 😅. But while reading I often thought that it somehow is different to other books I've read before.
So if you want to have a short and more serious book - go for it! I would recommend it.
