This book had everything I normally look for -- good writing, good story, good characters, and lots of zombie action. However, it was just missing something for me, and I'm not sure what. It just didn't engage me the way some zombie books do, where I'll be up into the wee hours of the morning because I just can't put it down. With this book, I found myself putting the book down quite often, getting distracted by other things.
