Yet another hit by Mia Sheridan. This was a beautiful second chance romance. I especially enjoyed the first half of the book, which involved Brogan's revenge plot and the love/hate between he and Lydia. It was pretty hilarious at times and kept my really entertained. The second half dragged on for a bit, because it was more misunderstandings and stubbornness. I felt that the side plot involving the mob had a lot more potential and Mia missed a chance there to do more with it. It ended really easily in my opinion. That aside, I absolutely loved the characters she crafted here, even the secondary ones like Eileen and Fionn.

This was definitely an A+ for me and easily makes it into my top 5 Mia Sheridan books/heroes! Highly recommended!
