This book is a powerful retelling of the tragic 9/11. A lot of research was involved to make this into the masterpiece that it is. The story is told by following the victims from 9/11 and connects each victim and where they were. Whether it was on a flight, in the towers, hotel, pentagon or living near where United 93 landed.
This book also highlighted a lot of the things that went wrong within the systems that could’ve helped the situation or prevented it.
Very powerful book. Such a tragic event in American history.
TW: the author does describe things very well, including what some remains looked like.
