I'm not sure how to feel about this book. Wesley Hill brings up a lot of provocative thoughts on friendship (I'm still thinking about it!) but I wasn't sure what to do with how deeply his own suffering and loneliness influenced his conclusions (which end up feeling slightly muddy). This was underscored by how male-centric the book is.
