yorick is so arrogant and selfish and lacks self-awareness--if he stays like this the whole time i'm going to be super annoyed, but if its just his starting point and he has character growth throughout the series it'll be okay. so far it's sorta like, ugh, this whole earth is all women which is super interesting but we're forced to follow around the one dude, and he's awful, whyyyy. but i'm assuming he'll grow up. and all the other characters and power dynamics are fascinating.
