This book is 99% filler!
First of all it starts with the assumption that "Everyone is a psychic and everyone can do it", You would expect tips for crystal gazing but NOPE, no details for spheres or how to use them, or how to pick one, just little generic intros that read like wikipedia articles on a variety of random subjects from Tarot to Runes, and small "Ideas" of how to spend a boring afternoon if you wanna feel witchy/special.
It is more of a "Self help" book than a divination or occult book.
