Beautifully captures the ennui of being in your twenties, figuring out who you are and how you relate to other people, working in a job that doesn't satisfy but not knowing what else to do, moving, navigating relationships with partners and coworkers and aging parents and yourself. It's a story for those of us lost in this decade.

I found the meandering structure a bit challenging to follow at times.

There was something so melancholy, so full of longing about this book. One of the most effective uses of multiple POVs I've read in a long time and at no point could I predict where the story was going (in a good way).

This was a fun one! A really interesting take on an old concept - I liked the idea that bureaucracy has a place in time travel. The characters were so charming!
I didn't love the end but I didn't hate it either. Would've liked a few more questions answered.

Not the right time for me to read this one.

This is a dark and haunting and captivating read. Claire Fuller knows how to get under your skin. Couldn't put it down once I hit 50%.

I love a found family/finding family story as much as the next girl but this left me wanting more from the characters and the plot. Pacing was a bit off, things were a little underdeveloped. I saw the potential of this, though!

A challenging look at a mysterious religion through the eyes of a child. As her family fractures, she must make sense of the world she's in. I loved the narration choices in this - feel like there was a bit more story to tell.

Delightfully charming, poignant, and a little devastating. A wonderfully told complex and challenging story. Highly recommend the audio.

Really really interesting concept, the execution left a little bit to be desired. Maybe it just wasnt paced quite right? Still a super fun read, I definitely enjoyed it!
