It was overall pretty great. Lots of nice characters. But I did feel like there were quite a few loose ends at the finale of the book.

Entertaining. Thorough. A pleasingly queer romp through Europe. I would recommend it and best describe it as “historical gays go to France, Spain, and Italy.”

I definitely recommend it. It’s a fairly quick and easy read (it took me 2.5 hours but I’m a fairly fast reader) and very entertaining.

This is the only non-fiction book I’ve ever thoroughly enjoyed. I never wanted to put it down. I never wanted to skip ahead. I learned something in every chapter. This book is very niche, but if it is your niche, read it today!

They changed a lot of things for the musical, but I honestly liked the musical better. It's an okay book, it just tends to go on, and on. Be prepared for the long ride.
