So definitely not a spicy romance by any means at all. It’s very much a rom-com where all the pining leads to like a kiss at the end. Also, it ends on a cliffhanger which isn’t my fave as then you have to commit to more books to get any resolution which is annoying to me. 

Overall though I found it a fun, light read and will probably finish the series out. And I love Kingsley and his signs. 

Alright. Final verdict is not the worst (obviously) but just kinda boring and trying wayyyy too hard to emulate Doyle’s writing style 

I understand why this is a loved middle grade book but most of it just made me rally sad for the cat. 

Female rage is strong right now and damn this was the book I needed in this moment. Not what I expected at all but l've been glued to it since l picked it up last night. Finished in < 24hr.

Quick, fun popcorn read. Wish there was more spice and character/plot development. Cute tho and a fun, quick fall read.

This book did not need to be this long. Like the repetition was mind dumbing. I plan to finish the series but good god it’s just been downhill since the first one and it’s super unfortunate.
