I am finally reading this series. I knew it would be good and I hate to say that it really is good. The magic system is so intriguing. There was never a lag in the story that made it feel like it was dragging. I was sat. The ending wasn’t what I expected, but it ended great with enough mystery that I’m interested in the next book. Characters were very flawed, but you saw them grow and it was all a part of the story unfolding. 

I felt like the first half of the book dragged a lot and there wasn’t much happening. It picked up once the games started, but was slow for a minute. 

A wild read about a girl being abducted by aliens and dropped on a random planet to find a mate. Lucky for her she finds two and they are blessed. Through a series of preposterous events her ability to survive and thrive is tested. Every detail of the book is crazier than the last and there is some smut thrown in. 
Spice like a 3.5. Like it happens multiple times and it’s a crazy story so……. Expect crazy, but nothing I haven’t read before. And only like some of the book was spice. Most of it was about a crazy adventure. 
It maybe should be more and I’m overexposed. 
The main character is pretty level headed for the situation, which I appreciate. She is trying to get home and only has minor breakdowns about the whole situation. 
The men are obsessed with her as they should be. They also hate feet. This should have been further examined. 

Was a decent start to the series and definitely want to continue reading and see what else happens. It kind of got repetitive for a sec with all the research, but it bounced back. Wish the girl would have gotten a clue sooner. 

Solid fantasy book. I feel like the ending didn’t do enough for me, but the rest of the book was pretty good.

I liked the first book better, but this one was still ok. I can support a woman’s wrongs. Not a man’s. So he should have groveled way more for that ish especially when he realized he was wrong. It ended well enough and I will probably read the sisters book. 

And I will devour a complete series every time. A vamp and a fae. A blind dating show I’m all in.
