from my calibre library:
Carl and Matt fell in love way too fast for Carter, and Carter got over the whole incest thing way too quick too.

The Carl/Matt backstory was nice though. But well. Would've been better if this was all porn tbh.

there's a warning on this for a reason

I really liked this book, I was hooked from the excerpt I read, and I literally HAD to read it (like, i bought it then and there, and then opened it as soon as the download was complete). i was lost in the voice, which doesn't really happen all that much, especially in 1st person

i thought, because of the subject matter, that it was a very thoughtfully laid out book, you got all the details you needed so that you couldn't jump to the wrong conclusion, it was well presented and shown in a way that made it hard for you to see it in the disturbing way you probably want to when you hear what it's about.

i believe it helps that going in we have a narrator who finds the idea offensive, and disturbing, so you KNOW, before you even know what it's about, that it's something on the upper taboo side, which i thought made it seem less of a shock when you found out what said taboo was.

or at least i did, I found Max's write easy and simple to read, i found that i would completely and utterly lose myself in the style, which means his stories will up my TBR list as clearly he's an author that i could easily fall in love with, lol

I certainly have read better corn hahahaha. It's just so unrealistic and conflict free. Some phrases that kept getting repeated like ...sexually charged... and ...I cried... made me cringe... it actually ruined the spice lol. The characters cried more than they comed.

The typos too ughhh

This was an interesting one. The subject matter should - in theory - be something which engenders feelings of disquiet, dislike, distaste etc and I dare say if it was a real life situation, my view would be more along those lines.

But, as a piece of fiction, I found it quite enthralling. My low-ish rating is more for the instant love element of Carter's acceptance into the world of Carl and Matt. I'm afraid I just didn't buy into them moving a third in to their insular relationship so quickly.

The sex is - as with most taboos - of the "I shouldn't be turned on by this logically but it's hot as f*ck" no matter what the relationship and I genuinely felt the love, both emotional and sexual, between Carl and Matt.

An interesting book and one which should not be censored imho because of the subject matter when other books are still freely available.

Wow. Uber sweet combined with ultra hot romance with taboo elements. I was a little confused though. How did their relationship get out to the point that Carter was going to write an article. I thought it was kept secret. Matt and Carl's description of how they came together was so real. Anyway, great book. Really liked how Carter came to terms with what a family means and his acceptance from Matt and Carl. Really reinforces the point that you can't help who you love and to give into that love requires courage. Some of the raunchiest terms and phrases I've heard in a while "cock honey" "fuzzy framed hole."
the licking of the underarms made my eyebrows raise!
. Liked how the interview portions were handled. Nice touch. The end just made me melt. What a love story between these 3 guys!

LOVED this filthy, gritty, raw, honest, sweet, loving romance.

Love is love.

Thank you Max Vos for this delicious nugget.

Getting to know these men inside and out was a joy. A revealing look at another point of view. It made me consider something that I hadn't really thought much about before.

Characters were well developed and the writing style let me focus on the men.

If you love DP, felching, and armpit licking, pick this up..(and even if you didn't know you were into that, you are, with this book).. Filthy, Dirty, scorching hot.

I'm too worked up to do this book justice with a coherant review. Just buy it. You're welcome.

Thanking Arlyn for putting me onto this. You rock.

P.S. if you want to know where to get it, visit the authors website and follow the crumbs ;) Again, you're welcome.
