I thought the audiobook was well done. The storyline pretty much followed the pattern of Nixon's book.

Jameson and Kennedy fell into the Insta attraction mode. Any issues they had were overcome pretty quickly. I think both characters had strong personalities.

The players involved in trying to take over Kennedy's land were no big surprise. Even what McKenna ultimately discovered was not a surprise. I was surprised that no one checked into that in the fist place, especially considering their backgrounds and current positions.

There was a bit of suspense toward the end of the book. I expected it earlier in the story, but it didn't happen. Overall, this was an entertaining read. I would give it 3.5 stars.

Wow just Wow this book really had me from the first page to the last one.

Take one quiet former Navy SEAL and add in one headstrong bada** farmer girl, The complete do-it-yourself lady willing to do what is necessary to make her farm work. But it will be a sleezy land developer who wants her land that will put Jameson and Kennedy to make them one explosive couple. When "accidents" start happening and her crops are sabotaged this will bring Jameson, Nixon and the Gemini Group to find out who's really behind the buying up land and why.

I can't wait for Weston's Promise book 3 because this was fantastic and I loved Jameson's Salvation.

I loved Jameson and Kennedy’s story. I felt for Jameson and loved how independent Kennedy was. I was hooked from the beginning and couldn’t put it down. I also loved the audiobook! I definitely recommend this for romantic suspense fans.

Good.

Overall, I enjoyed this story. It was a bit slower than the first in the series, for me, but it does have me wanting to continue reading more!

i think the group of guys are all great and so far we’ve seen some kick-ass women to match up with them!

This second Gemini Group book is perfectly titled. If anyone ever needed salvation, it's Jameson. He has so many walls built up that you'd think tearing them down would require a wrecking crew. As it turns out, Kennedy wields the wrecking ball. It just takes our grumpy hero a hot minute to figure it out. One's about as stubborn as the other, so these two have plenty of stuff to work through while also trying to keep Kennedy safe and keep her land out of the wrong hands.
There's a lot going on in this one with a lot of characters to keep track of, but once things get rolling, it's not difficult to keep track even with the fast pace of the story. Riley Edwards strikes a nice balance between romance and suspense, and there's plenty of danger to keep us on our toes. We do get more of the wit and banter between the found family of the Gemini Group. The more I learn about these guys, the more I like them.
Like the first book in the series, this one is narrated by Erin Mallon and Joe Arden, and they do just as well this time. If you've never had the pleasure of listening to either of these talents, you need to remedy that. They capture the emotion, the danger, and the romance. Joe Arden captures the many sides of Jameson from his grumpy, standoffish side to the tender, caring side we see with Kennedy. Erin Mallon gives us everything I'd expect from Kennedy. She's a strong woman who is put in a dangerous situation while also falling head over heels for Jameson, and it all comes through loud and clear.
At the end of this one, we get a little peek of what's next, and I can't wait to see what that's all about.

Jameson has such a troubled past. He has zero trust in anyone because he’s always been proven otherwise. He now works security for the Gemini Group and meets Kennedy when she comes looking for help (she is childhood friends with the owner).

Kennedy is in fear of threats from land developers who want her land she refuses to sell, but they will stop at nothing. Her life becomes on the line with their schemes and threats. In steps Jameson to become her hero.

I am such a sucker for a former SEAL story. However i hated how the POV switched back and forth depending on the characters POV, even in audio that is just so hard for me to follow along. I did love the narrators though. Joe Arden and Erin Mallon are two narrators i could listen to any story they are apart of.

Jameson's Salvation is really a small town romance with a very lite suspense sub-plot and relatively low levels of steam. Overall, this was an entertaining read.

Just like book 1, I struggled with this. The written style wasn't for me BUT I did enjoy this better than book 1, so I am glad I took another chance
This story was about Kennedy and Jameson and was full of heat but it also had that push and pull angsty feeling with the characters that I love so much.

3 stars!
