Comienza siendo un atractivo libro de cómo hacer ciertas cosas de manera diferente, pero termina siendo un halago a ellos mismos como empresa emprendedora, por más que odien la palabra. Interesante, pero poco más.

If you want to run a small business because you enjoy your work, this is the book you need. Nothing in the book is really new to me, but I loved how the authors put their advice into this simple, brief package. Their focus on common sense advice, and the joy and challenges of running a small business was so refreshing in a world full of Scaling Up type books that tell us we should be building companies just to sell them. It was the re-inspiration I needed.

Not earth-shattering but a ton of great advice

A good, digestible guide to common business practices like creativity and productivity. Debunks the myth of the hero, hard work defined by hours, and all the usual entanglements that come along with running your own small business. Really helpful for me as a freelancer trying to streamline my work practices and think more practically about day-to-day issues. Also includes some good stuff about hiring. Much of it is common sense (whatever that means) – but all things that are useful to remind yourself about every once in awhile.

It's not bad, but all the advice given is kind of, duh? Nothing new, didn't enjoy the hella bro-y language (discredited the material by trying to sound fun and relatable). Could get all the information found in this book by reading some LinkedIn and BuzzFeed articles.

I was expecting more, but definitely worth the reading.
Rework is quick and easy to read with great insights that are valuable both for business and for a day-to-day job.
