Covers Eps 1-3 of the anime [Watashi no Shiawase no Kekkon S2] (currently Airing at the time of writing this) Pretty slow pace wise, but this is more or less all set-up.
I got real angy at Kiyoka's mother again... she may be a tsundere... but there's certainly a LOT of tsun tsun happening, and arrgh... u__u;; This being said I am glad that Kiyoka, while protective of Miyo, grants her wish of dealing with his mother in her own way and lets her grow instead of coddling her.

I'm tapping out. I think the translation is a little off I don’t know... I noticed this with the last novel too but tried to push through. It just reads really stilted and it's bothering me a lot that you will get dialogue AND THEN the characters reaction which makes it confusing to follow and track who's speaking and what the tone is. That maaaaay be an autistic thing though.
I'm super interested in the romance and I love the characters but I feel like the magic system seems very kind of not so well thought out or maybe its just not being well explained which is a bummer because I was really wishing throughout the last vol that we would get more of a deep dive into the magic and how it worked but I just feel a bit disappointed.
It's vol 3 and I know almost nothing about the monsters and how the gift powers work. It feels very afterthoughty.
I'll try the anime though! Like I said, I really do like the couple and their growing relationship. I like Miyo’s character growth and how strong and brave she’s become in such a short time now that she has a solid support system!

A really good yet heartbreaking sequel oh my gosh my emotions were all over the place. I hate Fuyu so much and I wish the worst for her. Miyo’s development continues to be well done and I wanna hug her. Kiyoka and Miyo are so romantic together I loved how their romance was written in here and I need to read book four right now. Very curious to see what happens after the epilogue. Sone of the writing felt repetitive when recapping past events from previous books, but other than that I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait for to read the next book.
